LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (ROUTE 495)

FROM THE WEST: Exit 58 (Old Nichols Road/Nesconset) on to service road; turn LEFT at first traffic signal at Old Nichols Road; proceed approximately two miles and at seventh traffic signal, turn LEFT on Smithtown Boulevard (Route 16 West) (CVS Pharmacy, Capital One Bank, and Bank of Smithtown on corner); proceed approximately one-half mile and turn LEFT in to parking lot.

FROM THE EAST: Exit 58 (Old Nichols Road/Nesconset/Central Islip) on to service road; turn RIGHT at first traffic signal at Old Nichols Road; proceed approximately two miles and at seventh traffic signal, turn LEFT at Smithtown Boulevard (Route 16 West) (CVS Pharmacy, Capital One Bank, and Bank of Smithtown on corner); proceed approximately one half mile and turn LEFT in to parking lot.

SMITHTOWN BYPASS (ROUTE 347)

FROM THE WEST: turn RIGHT at traffic signal at Terry Road (Route 16 East) (Walgreen’s Pharmacy and The Watermill on corner); proceed approximately one-quarter mile on Terry Road (Route 16 East); at first traffic signal, road forks, bear LEFT on to Smithtown Boulevard (Route 16 East); proceed approximately one-quarter mile and turn RIGHT in to parking lot (7/11 across the street).

FROM THE EAST: turn LEFT at traffic signal at Terry Road (Route 16 East) (Walgreen’s Pharmacy and The Watermill on corner); proceed approximately one-quarter mile on Terry Road (Route 16 East); at first traffic signal, road forks, bear LEFT on to Smithtown Boulevard (Route 16 East); proceed approximately one-quarter mile and turn RIGHT in to parking lot (7/11 across the street).

NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY:

FROM THE WEST: proceed to end of Northern State Parkway (Junction East Route 347/East Route 454); proceed East on Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 347/454) for approximately two miles; at seventh traffic signal, road forks, bear LEFT on Smithtown Bypass (Route 347) towards Port Jefferson; proceed East on Smithtown Bypass (Route 347) for approximately two miles; at fifth traffic light, turn right at Terry Road (Route 16 East) (Walgreen’s Pharmacy and The Watermill on corner); proceed approximately one-quarter mile on Terry Road (Route 16 East); at first traffic signal, road forks, bear LEFT on to Smithtown Boulevard (Route 16 East); proceed approximately one-quarter mile and turn RIGHT in to parking lot (7/11 across the street).
